30-Day Free Returns

We want you to love your new purchase from Caps 4A Cause. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. Here's how it works:

1. Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags attached.

2. Return Process:
  • Contact our customer service team at sales@caps4Acause.com to initiate the return.
  • We'll provide you with a return authorization to include when you ship the item back to us AT YOUR COST to the following address:

  • Pack the merchandise securely and include the return authorization form in the package.
3. Refund:
  • Once we receive the returned item,  we'll inspect it.
  • If everything checks out, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges

Need a different color or style? No problem! We offer exchanges within the same 30-day window. Follow the return process above, and let us know which necktie you'd like in exchange.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately, and we'll make it right.
